As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, Premium Repair Services have been closely monitoring the latest advice from the government and WHO and taking every possible measure to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. Our number one priority is always the wellbeing of our employees and customers.
We would like to share with you some important information in relation to the COVID-19 situation
All of our employees
  • Encourage team members to use good hygiene practices, including frequent hand washing/sanitising and other preventative measures recommended by the authorities
  • Keep at least 1.5m, if possible 2m away from each other
  • Avoid physical contact (i.e., handshaking, hugging)
  • Advise team members to closely monitor their health and seek medical attention if they develop flu-like symptoms – any team member who reports or displays flu-like symptoms will be asked to stay home
Our office
  • Ensure regular hand washing/sanitising by providing soap/hand sanitiser in the office
  • Inform customers of the COVID-19 situation and possible rescheduling the in home service appointment if customers feel unwell, have recently travelled or have been in contact with anyone who have or might have the symptoms of the COVID-19 and rebook once clearance has been received from the doctor.
  • Offer workshop repair to customers who are currently in self-isolation. The product could be left outside the premises for pick up by our dedicated logistic team. The product will then be thoroughly sanitised, repaired in our isolated workshop and returned to the customer upon repair completion.
Our field technicians
  • Educate our technicians on hygiene and other preventative measures recommended by the authorities
  • Our technicians are fully equipped with hand sanitiser and gloves. Face masks are handy if required to wear onsite.
  • Our technicians are to wash hands before and after every job.
  • Keep at least 1.5m, if possible 2m away from our customer as a safety precaution.
