Established in 2016, backed by many years in the industry, our mission is to expand the presence of Premium Repair Services as a professional and industry leading service and repair provider on a national basis. With extensive industry exposure and partnerships with many brands, we are confident in providing services and repairs with a fast and reliable solution to all our customers.

Our ever-expanding team consists of a multitude of staff dedicated and focused on technical repairs – both on site and in home, reception, administration and our customer service support staff. Our sales and spare parts team are extensively informed on all spare parts for whatever your needs.

Our large repair facilities and various range of state of the art equipment forms the core of our efficient and precise repair procedure, allowing our technicians and staff to handle repairs with great care and knowledge.

Our centre can handle various types of repairs and customers are most welcome to bring in their devices for assessments, check-ups and service.

Our services include but are not limited to hand held products – such as mobiles smart watches and tablets, in home entertainment, multimedia, brown goods & white goods (both workshop and in-home repairs are available – with pickup and delivery of products).

Further services we offer include Home Entertainment Setup - including setup of wall-mounting TV brackets, audio equipment and connecting surround sound systems in home theatre environments. Additionally, we also offer Home Appliances Installation - installing and securing washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and cook tops, refrigerators, air-conditioning and outdoor cooking appliances.

Currently our services extend to cover most of Victoria, our mission is to expand and eventually offer our services across the nation, with the same efficient and precise repair procedures.
