    All spare parts purchased from Premium Repair Services have a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects only.

    Your genuine spare part is supplied directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer may supply parts which are refurbished. Premium Repair Services have no way to verify whether a part supplied has been refurbished.

    If the spare part is fitted incorrectly, you can compromise your safety and the integrity of the product. Premium Repair Services will not be liable for any damage or personal injury which occurs as a result.

    By fitting the spare part to your product, you may void the warranty on the product.

    The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if you contact us and return to us within 30 days of purchase.

    The item must be in a new and working condition for us to allow the return.

    Should we accept the return, a re-stocking fee of 20% will apply.

    Change of mind returns must be brought back to our Service Centre or posted back to us at your cost for processing.


    Spare parts that have been damaged or misused will not be covered under warranty.

    If the item has been received faulty or we have provided the wrong part to you, please notify us within 7 days. We might require you to return the defective spare parts to us for inspection.

    Once the item(s) are inspected, our team will endeavour to provide an update or resolution within 5 business days.
